Founded in 2026, Harper Warnock Weatherholtz & Wilson, LLC is a firm of real estate, construction, and litigation lawyers who have practiced together for over twenty years.

Real Estate Law
Our real estate practice focuses on acquisition, development and ownership matters. We advise clients at every stage of a project, with particular strength in navigating land use, zoning, and entitlement issues in the Charleston area.
Our work typically begins well before a project is announced and continues through approvals, financing, leasing, sales, and long-term ownership considerations. We bring deep familiarity with local processes, regulatory frameworks, and the practical realities of development.
Our experience includes office, hotel, condominium, retail, mixed use, industrial, and residential subdivision development projects.
While our office and much of our work is in Charleston, we also represent clients on projects throughout South Carolina and beyond. We approach each matter with an understanding that real estate projects are long-term commitments, not isolated transactions.
Construction and Litigation
Our construction and litigation practices primarily support owners, developers, homebuilders, contractors, and product manufacturers in every phase of a construction project.
We assist with contract drafting and negotiation, disputes that arise during construction, and any claims that arise during a project or following project completion. Our litigation experience includes construction defect, payment, delay, insurance, class action, product liability, and personal injury/wrongful death claims.
We regularly work with national homebuilders, developers, contractors, and construction product manufacturers on matters across South Carolina and elsewhere. We understand our clients’ business needs, and we have deep experience with construction contracts, construction projects, and construction claims. We use that experience to achieve our clients' desired business result.
